Use these settings for any email client. Your username is always your full email address.

Open Outlook and go to Account Settings

In Outlook, click File → Add Account. If this is your first account, the setup wizard opens automatically.

Enter your email address

Type your full email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) and click Connect.

Choose IMAP

When prompted for account type, select IMAP (not Exchange or POP3).

Enter incoming mail settings

Server: mail.365sender.com  ·  Port: 993  ·  Encryption: SSL/TLS

Enter outgoing mail settings

Server: mail.365sender.com  ·  Port: 587  ·  Encryption: STARTTLS

Enter your password and finish

Enter your password and click Connect. Outlook will verify settings and add the account.

Open Mail → Add Account

Go to Mail → Add Account from the menu bar, then select Other Mail Account and click Continue.

Enter your name, email, and password

Fill in your display name, full email address, and password. Click Sign In.

Configure incoming mail server

Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Server: mail.365sender.com
Port: 993 with SSL enabled.

Configure outgoing mail server

Outgoing Server: mail.365sender.com
Port: 587  ·  Authentication: Password  ·  Use TLS: Yes

Click Sign In and allow access

Apple Mail will connect and begin syncing. You may be prompted to allow access — click Allow.

Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts

Open the iPhone/iPad Settings app, scroll down to Mail, tap Accounts → Add Account.

Select "Other"

Tap Other at the bottom of the provider list, then tap Add Mail Account.

Enter account info

Name: your name  ·  Email: your full address  ·  Password: your password  ·  Description: 365Sender (or any label)

Configure IMAP (incoming)

Host: mail.365sender.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your password

Configure SMTP (outgoing)

Host: mail.365sender.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your password
Port: 587 with SSL on

Tap Save

iOS will verify the settings. Once verified, the account appears in your Mail app immediately.

Open your Mail app and add an account

In the Gmail app or your device's stock mail app, tap the menu icon and select Add Account → Other.

Enter your email address

Type your full email address and tap Manual Setup to avoid auto-detection issues.

Select IMAP

Choose Personal (IMAP) as the account type.

Enter password and finish

Enter your password when prompted and tap Next. The account will verify and sync.

Open Thunderbird and add a new account

Go to File → New → Existing Mail Account (or use the Account Setup wizard on first launch).

Enter your name, email, and password

Fill in the fields and click Configure Manually — do not use auto-detection.

Click Re-test, then Done

Thunderbird will verify your settings. Click Done to complete setup. Your inbox will sync immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an account?

Accounts are provisioned manually. Email sales@365sender.com to get started. We'll set up your domain, configure DNS, and send you credentials within 24 hours.

Can I bring my own domain?

Yes — that's the whole point. We configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. You maintain ownership of the domain; we handle deliverability.

What happens if I forget my password?

Contact us at sales@365sender.com for a password reset. We do not offer self-service resets — this is intentional for security.

Is there a webmail option?

Yes. Log in at mail.365sender.com/SOGo using your full email address and password. Webmail includes calendar and contacts sync.

Do you support calendar and contact sync (CalDAV / CardDAV)?

Yes. CalDAV server: mail.365sender.com — use your email and password. Most clients detect this automatically once your mail account is added.

What's your uptime?

We target 99.9% uptime. The server runs on dedicated Hetzner infrastructure with automated monitoring and alerting.

How are my emails backed up?

Full mailbox snapshots run daily with 30-day retention. Restores are available on request at no extra charge.

Can I send bulk or marketing email through 365Sender?

No. 365Sender is for transactional and conversational email only. Bulk email or mass outreach violates our terms and will result in account suspension.
